Partiotyttöjen Maailmanliitto WAGGGS etsii uusia vapaaehtoisia Euroopan alueen työryhmiin ja projekteihin vuosille 2014-2016 / WAGGGS seeking volunteers for teams & projects in Europe region 2014-2016.

Työryhmien teemat ovat mentorointi, koulutus sekä ulkosuhteet ja viestintä. Lisäksi etsitään luottista edustajaksi Euroopan neuvoston Advisory Counciliin sekä projektiluottiksia resurssipankkiin. Asiasta kertoo lisää ja hakemuksissa opastaa Karoliina Tikka (@partio.fi)./Positions are open in the areas of mentoring, education and PR. Tänään torstaina 12.12.2013 puolestaan kerrottiin, että hakusessa on myös tyyppejä tekemään SP-FS & WAGGGS seminaarityöryhmään, itse seminaari järjestetään toukokuussa 2014. / Today’s news: Hey you! SP-FS and WAGGGS are joining forces for a seminar in May 2014.

Seminaarin tekijöiden tarkempi kuvaus avoimista pesteistä tässä/More specific description of the open positions here:

The theme of the seminar is gender equality, equal participation of boys and men, girls and young women in achieving WAGGGS vision. We are now looking for 2-3 active, engaged and efficient team members to make sure the event will be a success and benefit Guide and Scout organizations as well as WAGGGS in general. The team is also responsible for making sure SP-FS is able to make the most out of the seminar.


The roles inside the team will be divided later but at least the following tasks will be on the table:


1) Practical arrangements: Where to sleep? How to get from/to the airport? Where is the seminar venue? Are there polar bears? (with the support from the SP-FS office)


2) Event & themes in SP-FS: How can our own Member Organization , districts and local groups benefit from the event? What is relevant for us and how will we spread the knowledge?


3) Content: Who are the key note speakers? Will there be panel discussions or workshops? What will the content really be? Who is going to deliver it? (with WAGGGS)


The project team will start the work immediately and finish in August 2014. The language of the seminar will be English. The working languages of the project are Finnish and English. Interested?
